Retrofit & new installations

Where standard solutions end, we begin: technically demanding conversion and modernisation projects in existing installations – as well as complete new systems where greenfield is the better answer.

Planning in the digital twin – our 3D laser scan

Before every conversion we capture the existing installation by 3D laser scan – accurate to the millimetre and during ongoing production.
Planning then takes place directly in the point cloud:
New and existing conveyor technology come together in one model. Collisions show up on screen instead of on site.
Pre-assembly fits first time – and the shutdown window stays short.
